Amy Feery Bio

I’m Amy Feery, co-founder of AIRAS Cloud, based in Kildare, Ireland. My career spans product ownership, business analysis and quality assurance in regulated organisations. At Aer Lingus, I led an AI Governance Risk Assessment tool from concept through implementation and organisational adoption, working across business, technical, security and compliance needs.

Richie Higgins and I began developing our governance approach in 2021, working through Excel and Power BI before bringing it into AIRAS Cloud. I now work full-time on our founder-funded business, leading product scope, the governance experience and the customer operating model.

My motivation is practical: organisations should be able to use ambitious technology without losing sight of the people responsible for it. I want to make AI accountability something teams can operate every day, not simply describe in a policy. I also want women from product, analysis and quality backgrounds to see those skills as a foundation for founding technology companies.
